Milner Aesthetics is a trading name of JVM LOCUM SERVICES LTD. We are responsible for the personal information you give us when you contact the clinic, book an appointment or receive care. You can contact us about privacy at james.a.milner@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, appointment information, messages you send us and, if you become a patient, information relevant to your assessment and care. This may include health information, consultation notes, consent records and clinical photographs. We receive this information mainly from you.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, assess whether treatment is appropriate, provide and review care, maintain clinical records, manage payments and meet our legal and professional responsibilities. We use contact details to send news and updates only if you choose to sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not use your health information to decide what marketing to send you.

Our reasons for using it

We use information to take steps towards and provide the services you request, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the clinic. We rely on your consent for optional marketing emails. Health information receives additional protection under data protection law; we use it where necessary for healthcare provided by a professional subject to confidentiality obligations.

Who handles your information

Squarespace supports this website and its contact form. Google provides our email service. Aesthetic Nurse Software provides our online booking and clinical record system. These providers process information to deliver their services to us. We may also share relevant information with other healthcare professionals, insurers or authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell patient information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting appointment. We keep clinical and financial records in line with applicable professional, insurance and legal requirements, then securely delete them. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, request a correction and, in some circumstances, ask for deletion or restriction of its use.
